How to make money on an online video site?

Hi there,

I have a site www.tvepi.com that has started getting traffic that i am happy with but i need ideas on what adverts/affiliate offers to use on a TV episodes website which will convert.
I can't use AdSense on it as its against the terms.

Best way to do it with video websites is sell cheap 15 seconds advertisements that you can set to play before each video. Also there are a lot of other advertising services out there other than Adsense that you could use. Also if you are getting a lot of traffic try direct selling. The reason Adsense can't let you do advertising through them is because your website is illegal which in the long run will limit you from doing anything huge with your website.

 

Think amazon associates would work well on it promoting the DVDs that the episodes are taking from?

 

I would try to incorperate ads into your videos at the beggining before the clip starts, this can bring in a huge income if you do it right.

 

Offer adspace in your site

 

Offer links on your site.

Make your site look better!!

Use other ad networks that allow content like yours.

 

have you looked into affiliate marketing? people who watch online videos usually have a bad conversion rate but there still could be some niches that convert well such as adult industry ad's for free webcams maybe?
