How to make mailing and don't land in spam forder?

    Does exist any method to send a 1000s mails and don't land in spam folder? I have legal list.

    campaignmonitor.com will allow you to check it against spam filters for $10 i think

    Yeah, but as i suppose, this software shows only results but it does nothing to avoid spam folder.
    When i will send mail to 1000 people then next 1000s e-mails will land in spam folder, because some msn`s or yahoo`s spider will write down me on "black list" registering my IP/DNS...
