Why the urgency? If you stick the the basics, SEOo, link building, content and so on you will rank for any phrase you like; some will take more than others depending on competition.
First of all SEO or link building id not a week process.you need to build quality backlinks and wait for months for GOOGLe updates. Long tial KW may ceratinly assist you to get high rankings!!!

agreed, you need to give yourself a realistic time scale. You might need to make some on site changes which in turn may take some time to get indexed and of course link building. Link building can be time consuming and you should aim for high quality links so that once you rank you are able to maintain those rankings. On first looks it doesnt look like an overly competitive keyterm.
