how to make it better?

    Hello webmasters,

    i sure need some tips on how to make this site better!

    im running a celebrity dedicated site, witch in my opinion is pretty good! still my earnings are not as much as i would expect them! any ideas on how to improve this? i am asking about colors and ad placement! i've heard google made some changes on the best paying ads position! is this true? any ideas?

    change the background of the ad 468 by 60
    Make it white. Change the title color too.
