I have a lot of pages which are not the part of my blog . I want these pages to look as they are the part of my blog . I created these pages long time ago now I want to introduce the same header, footer and blogroll as I got on my blog index . I’m not taking about Wordpress’ static “Pages” !!
    Anyone got an Idea?

You can just take the same code from your WordPress blog and incorporate it into your current pages so it has the same theme. I've done it before on one of my sites.

why don't you just copy paste those pages and create new wordpress pages.. you can retain the same permalink too(so u wont have any problems with search engines).. so i think it is the best way to do.. And also your whole site will get under a single database if you do so..

I hope you are telling as follows..
you need to make a page in your site and it should be included in wordpress so that whenever u change template or so this page should also change automatically..And you need a specific url for the page is it??

If do goto your WP DashBoard> Write>Page
Give the title and the content there

Now notice the marked out portion in this picture

Just use that edit option in that and use whatever permalink you want..
