    Only the post content can be made hindi.

    The urls would not be in Hindi or any other script other than Roman for that matter.

    There is an entire page dedicated to language plugins on WordPress!

    Go to Extend -> Plugins -> Tags -> Hindi (since I cannot insert a URL here)

    Pick the one that works for you. Otherwise you can opt for the previously listed solutions as well.
