    Hi friends,
I am running a WP blog website for Jobs,Results news for India. Daily I am posting new content. But google is not crawling or indexing my website. It takes more than 1 day to crawl my new post. But many of the blogs which are similar to my website are crawled even with in a few minutes. I have searched everything and i did almost all the settings in my WP admin panel. Still my new posts are not crawled by google.
I need a solution for this very badly. My blog is in my signature.

    Thanks in advance

So, draw up a list of the differences (age, content, backlinks, quality of content, quality of backlinks, organic backlinks, etc) between your sites and you'll figure out the cause of your "problem" from there.

Here are a few tips for optimizing your blog so that Google will crawl it more often:

1.Update your blog every single day with unique content.
2.Optimize even the images on your blog.
3.Make sure your posts are internally interlinked professionally.
4.Turn on the trackback and pingback options for every single post.
5.Try getting as many quality BACKLINKS from relevant sites as possible.
6.Keep your URLs simple, yet effective. In summary, you can get Google to crawl your blog more quickly by making it as search engine friendly as possible. This means all of your URLs need to be organized, your content needs to be unique, the keywords need to fit in naturally and not overstuffed, etc. Google loves authority websites, so try to make yours as relevant as possible.

I was having the same issue and after some searching on Google about tips and tricks I found this tip very useful.

    1. Make a robots.txt file

    2. Write this in that file

    Disallow: /cgi-bin/

    Sitemap: http://www.yoursiteurl.com/post-sitemap.xml

    User-agent: "*"
    3. Upload it to your server where the sitemap is uploaded.

After doing this my blog posts are getting indexed within few minutes :)

    You too try this.

Tweet your posts. Twitter can be a valuable tool for indexing web pages.

It seems like you are talking about your website listed in your signature....isn't it?? I gone through your website, you have really few backlinks and those aren't from Good websites. Alexa is showing only 29 backlinks. Follow these steps:-

    - Update Content Regularly (Original Content Only)
    - Ping Your blog regularly
    - Try to get some niche based good backlinks
    - Try to get your blog listed in some nice blog directories like indiblogger
    - Promote new posts on social networks, it will also increase traffic.

Did you submitted sitemap in webmaster tool? If no then submit it ASAP, if yes than try to change crawl rate from normal to High(tricky job).
