how to make google show individual blog pages?

    He means that you need backlinks that will point to that inner page/post.

    get more backlinks.

    when you do that, google will index your subpages and will show your subpages on serp

    Get more links to your site.

    If possible, use excerpts of your blogs on the main page that link to the bigger blog on it's individual pages.

    If you are using Wordpress, there are tons of things you can do.

    What blog script are you using?
