On Google Webmaster Tool, you can resubmit new xml sitemap of your site... also set your crawling rates to allow Google bots to revisit your site.

Just type some keyword that related to your site..see the result..no matter where your site rank result..if your site has been indexed your site will be there..

You can add a sitemap to your site so that when you update Google will know about your latest update.

Add a sitemap to your site.
    Ping it.

Write an article with your backlink on the high PR site.

If your website is a blog or other CMS you can ping automatically when you update it. I strongly suggest that you only ping a few services and that not too often, over-pinging can make your site looking spammy in the eyes of the search engines. And yes, submit a sitemap to Google and Google will download it regularly, SY

Get your site's RSS feeds and ping it with pingomatic. That is the fastest way to update the search engines of your site's updates.
