How to make flash video ads with streaming from youtube???

Hi everyone,

I've seen there are some flash ads which are using youtube videos to make ads, so you can click on them and go to promoted website. This saves a lot of bandwidth. Does anyone know how to make this kind of ad?

no this thing does not have this option. I can embed video from youtube and insert it into banner.
