First thing first, need to have the two websites to come back alive. What niche are you trying to focus on for each website, and what traffics do you intend to have.
First site is down, doesn't work. Second site... how much traffic, how do you get traffic, etc.? I can help you make a ton on that site if you'd like the help.
need favicon on usa4surf....layout looks great. some legal issues I assume but it should get lots of traffic.
