How to make facebook url

I want to make a facebook page for my website,
I want to create the url in this format:

www.facebook.com/mypage

Code (markup):

I don't know how to do this.
I will be glad if anyone tells the method here. thanks.

 

I believe it gets created automatically once you reach 15 k fans

Do this whilst you are logged in and you can select your username.

No Problems.....

Yeah you can grab your username normally when you get to 25/30 fans.....give or take a few

 

After your facebook page has been active for about 1 week you then go to:

http://www.facebook.com/username

Then set a proper name

Could someone please post me in reply to my question below?
If I change from http://www.facebook.com/pages/OriginalMYPAGENAME/MYPAGEIDNUMBER to http://www.facebook.com/NewMyPageName,
1. Can I use the original lengthy Url as well as new short one
OR
2. I cannot use original long one once I got short one?

Also Can I change the short name to a differen name i.e rename?

1. You can use both urls (short & orignal long url)
2. No, You can't rename short url.

Actually, it only takes 25 'Likes' on your fanpage, not the personal page, and you can change it manually at http://www.facebook.com/username
You may need to try a few different names as many are taken
