Its in the niche. i got 30+ visitors a day earning $5+. Or you might be smartpriced. If you're earning 0.01 - 0.20$ per click. You might be smart priced.
Well. If you still want to earn more, just get more traffic. I suggest finding another niche for earnings. <-- Abhik
1) Test different Ad Placement 2) For each placement, test various color combination ( blended colors usually work good) 3) 1000 Uniques and 4,000 pages views are good stats, but even if you get clicks Niche matters most. Go back to drawing board, create a spreadsheet and track each changes you make to ads. Run each test for 1 week. When making changes, DON'T make 2 changes at once. Then you cannot see which change is having impact.
There is much more to it! than just opening any website and driving traffic like crazy to it... Not all traffic getss you clicks.... because not all markets/niches get you clicks... Not all clicks are worth enough! because not all market/niches are well paid, and for what I read here, your isn't well paid... You should also focus on Ad placement, and on building more sites on different niches, with one site it will be virtually impossible to make such thing as $1000/day... For that kind of earnings you should have a trully mighty website! and I dont think there is too many people that can pull that off!.... Instead open more sites trying different HIGH-PAYING niches and try to focus on the content... Try to have fun with it and do it all optimizing your site for SEO, and clicks and revenue will follow! Also try to sell eBooks on your sites perhaps, or maybe a subscription, etc... try other types of monetizing your website, so that you don't get desperate! Hope that helps! Chris
For sure there are alot of millionaires out there making it all through adsense! Don't give up, keep trying. You might just need to find the right niche because the one you are in would need 20x more traffic then something else. But then again look at Neopets, they have a pretty low PPC but they are still making millions from so many visitors visiting there site.
Work on ads placement and blend your ads with the content to get high CTR . If possible add link units
i know it dishearts when you have 1000 of visitors and no earning. the adsense is not dead.My erperience says thay still low payeror. they are earning 60% but still they give us low amount. we can't do nothing as we are on the foot of google. i wish next time your post will be about your success. 1000 visitors are nothing you will have to get Quality traffic and then Ads placement should be proper so that traffic can turn into Clicks.
I don't necessarily know that's true. Cartoons and humor are my niche and I only get about 150 UV per day and make $1-$3 per day.
