How to make custom link?

    Hi. I have a newbie question.

    In a website like http://www.moneybluebook.com, it seems clear that the owner is using affiliate link, but instead of some cj.com or linkshare.com links, what he or she has is something like this. http://www.moneybluebook.com/go/visa-black-card.php

    How can one do this?
