How to make "Connect to facebook" link?

    I see many sites now have "Connect to Facebook" link on their website, how to make it?

    I'm a FB application developer but still a beginner :-D
    I have created one FB application but not yet submit to FB directory, still need somebody to review it first. I named it videoportal.

    To create a "connect to facebook" link just go to developers.facebook.com/tools.php?connect_wizard
