You can download the Joomla guide from Official Joomla website to learn the Joomla basics but for that you need to know the basics of PHP Programming.
It's pretty easy once you get the hang of it. The first thing I would do is find a template you like. After that, make a section and category, then make a menu linking to the category list. You're pretty much set after that, all the other stuff like plugins, components and modules will take a few days to get used to. It's truly the best CMS out there so don't get discouraged. Oh yeah and make sure you get a sef component, I suggest artrio joomsef or sh404SEF
What! Using Joomla is simple but explaing it from a - z would take a while. I suggest you go to Lynda.com they have some awesome tutorials.

First of all Thanks for your replies. I have installed Joomla, but in that there are so many folders so I m little bit confused that from where I have to start. Can anyone help me out of that.
