how to make -> central column and right column same height

Hi
I have a website http://www.a1-diamond.com
and its css is here http://www.a1-diamond.com/styles/style2.css

I want to make central column #content and Right column #rightbar to have same height (which ever is longer) .

I mean If central column (#content ) is longer then Right bar should get stretched automatically to match the same height of Central column.
and so vice-versa.
Please help thanks in advance.
