How to make blogspot urls simple?

    I am new in blogging and currently trying to make a blog on blogspot. Can any one tell me how to make blogspot urls simple. As now the pages I make are like www.mysite.com/p/about_84.html
    How to make it like www.mysite.com/about

    Its not possible with blogspot. This is only possible if you have your host and wordpress installed there.
