How to Make Blogger homepage static?

    hi everybody I need to ask how can i make my blogger homepage static. I have seen some blogs which appears of have a static Homepage.

    Can't help with Blogger sorry. I only use WP for blogs.

    In WP you have to go into settings and then "reading" settings and select it from the 2 "Front Page Display" options. I'm guessing but there must be some something similar in blogger in the settings page.
