how to make better search in wordpress

    http://www.mywatchmovie.com/ is my wordpress site.

    suppose if you type 'avtar' in search of my site, you did not seen the movie 'Avatar' in search result.

    means search is case sensitive.

    how can i solve this problem

    can anyone help me

    Search is not case sensitive. Wordpress does not mind case sensitive searches. It finds whatever the case is. I checked it on ur site.

    The spelling mistake might have made the search not fruitful.

    You can try the Beta for Google Custom Search. http://www.google.com/cse/

    I'm seeing this well integrated on a number of WordPress Sites.

    fourblogger dot com is using it and has done a nice job of integration and shows you how he did it with the Thesis Theme.

    google beta is probably a good idea... but wouldn't there be a plugin for wordpress that would allow for this? i'm not sure how it would go for speed but yea...

    I also had some problems with the wordpress search.. the results are not relevant and the template is also a bit messed up!
