How to make available site for targeting

    What's the way to make site available for site targetting by advertisers.
    I have two websites and tried to target site#1 from site# but returned that this website is not part of Google Network whereas i am running adsense on both.

    Its not on the Website name.
    You have to find the Owners Site with which they have registered to Adsense.:)
