How to make animated GIf?

    your attacched picture is not animated
    I suggest you download "Selteco Bannershop GIF Animator" software , it's easy and semi professional software for making animated gif pictures

    You can do this using Photoshop CS4. It takes like 5 minutes :) Do you have Photoshop?

    your link animation not working but try out also flash and not only photoshop for animation flash is better
