Have you used feedburner will delivers the email when your blog is published .you can also monetize the email with your own.
Download an hypertext mark-up language newssheet template and customize it then send from Outlook or whatever other e-mail program. I think thats the simplest way to go about it.
use content driven articles or site ,i meant u need a medium which is famous and have private control. feeds don't help ,they are over-crowded.
