wow i heard about this in italy too...i think it's about sending mail. The fact is: you sell this to the others, saying that if they want to earn they have to give away this "package". But the package only consists of that words, and you will earn 10$ for every foolish that will buy.. but let's see.
Well, as per my experience over the WWW, earning on internet is from the following things(near or far): 1.) revenue from advertisements - adsense n other providers 2.) earning commissions from online sales 3.) running own websites and doing e-commerce 4.) referring others to buy a thing(followed by more people) The most better option is to run own website, provide e-services if u hav an expertise n working as a freelancer or by keeping a blog n updating it periodically.. all other ways cannot be considered to generate a RESIDUAL income. a domain just costs $7/yr.. whats a big deal in getting it instead of buying a book that explains these all method for lets say around $70... why pay more!!! think wisely n then act..
