How to make an animated windows desktop folder?

    Hello,

    1/ i haven't seen an animated windows folder yet, so an example would be cool?
    2/ i am thinking about creating a windows gadget for this but i am really clueless
    so i think javascript/jquery could be use to animate it??

    any tips, examples?
