Hello, How can I make all outbound links, but not my internal links - so all outgoing links on a page "nofollow" without using the inline "rel" setting? I would like to make massive changes to some large sites to make potentially 500-1000 outbound links "nofollow". I think this is what's wearing those sites down. Pages are all static .htm... Suggestions?
If you are using WordPress, you can use plugin for this. But if you are using your own CMS, then you have to take care yourself.
I am not using any CMS at all, but coding my pages manually one-by-one... I was wondering if there is a code that inserted into a page can turn all outbound links into "nofollow"... so that I don't have to make the rel="nofollow" setting one-by-one for each link...
CMS is very helpfull for this purpose,I am also not a regular user of CMS.But all those persons who are regular user of it can really get their required results.Wordpress is also usefull for this purpose.Take great care of yourself.
I would think that if it is possible it would be the robot.txt file, but I use a CMS and just put in the rel.
