For this you have to increase the number of visitors in your site, and for this you have to give the visitors good quality contents. if the people get desired contents in your site then they will come to your site regularly and eventually they will click in your ads.
    that's the only way dude.
    thanks

I don't think that you need to focus on making users click the ads. You need to focus on getting more and more traffic.

This is true. It is also considered a violation by Google if you disguise ads as content and you can also get banned or black-listed for it. The only solution I can see is providing relevant ads incorporated into your site in the best possible way (unfortunately there is no universal recipe on how to do it).

How do you know that you will get banned from AdSense if you tell your visitors to click on your ads?

Isnt improving CTR more efficient than increasing traffic?

You are right about advanced users. People often click on ads, because they are looking for a product or service to buy. Can this be implemented on your site? What kind of tech are you writing about?

Try it and find out ;)
Definitively, but you need a decent traffic amount to be able to test your CTR. A 20% CTR on a 10 uniques a day is likely not going to be 20% when you reach 1000 visitors a day (still a good 3% would be great).
