How to make advanced computer users to click our ads?

We all know that from all computer users in the world, 60% are advanced computer users and 40% are newbies. I'm running a technology site which mainly targets advanced users, which are quite familiar about Google AdSense and they know that clicking them will get us money. Then how to make advanced computer users to click our ads? We must request them or any other opinion.

 

It's hard to give advice without seeing your site or ad layout but by putting the ads in a prominent place and having interest based advertising turned on you can improve the odds that even a savvy web searcher will click on the ads. You will have a harder time if the people on your site have no commercial intent (ie, if they are looking for drivers vs. looking for a piece of hardware to buy your CPM will almost always be less).

 

Same struggle, bro.. I have a tech blog at cravingtech.com but quite struggle to get these tech literate people to click on the ads

It all depends as pwily said, whether they are looking for info /commercial intent. They might click on the ads then

 

Its quite difficult for me too ,to handle with the advanced users bcoz we cant say to click on the ads due to adsense rules violation.We just need to place the ads where they will click.Its like at the top and bottom of the posts and in the header part too.

 

You just need to display relevant ads - ads they would be interested in!

 

I would say im an advanced user and i never clicked an Ad the only time i click an Ad is when I mistakenly clicked it or if i see Free Porn.

CPM would be the best Ad for websites with advanced users.

Its Impossible to Make Them Click Our Ads.

One Possible Way is if the Google Shows Relevant Ads.
Use Borders,It will Increase Visibility.

 

Use image ads to at least get paid for the page impressions.
OR get some niche sites going geared toward kids and old folks and watch the money roll in!!!!

 

You are right hill2001, attracting children, especially US children to site can drive money.

I'm seeing many sites using text ads that incorporate it somehow to the article. Visitors can mistakenly click those ad links. Is it not a violation of adsense TOS?

 

And i see many sites getting banned.
If you overdo this and they see it they will ban you.

 

Children are terrible. They'll click anything. I swear this is how all those flash gaming sites actually make money.

 

You're right the children click anything.

 

DO NOT tell your visitors to click on your ads in anyway because you will get banned from AdSense or whatever ad network you're currently using. The only way to ensure a high # of clicks is to make your site geared towards one niche so that when people see ads related to the niche (and considering they came to your site searching for that specific stuff), they will click on the ads that are relevant to the content.

 

You are right, all gaming sites play with money.
