    At your fan page, click See All "New Like". Choose which one of your friend would be an Admin, click Make Admin

    No, he must be like your fan page first. Then, you will see him in your New LIKE list in your fan page.

    Here's How you Do it,

    1. If given the chance that the person you want to add/make as an admin is not yet a fan of your facebook fan page, ask him/her to "Like" and become a fan of the fan page first. It is imperative for you to give him the rights as admin.

    2. On your Facebook Page, left side, click the link the shows you " People Who Like This" or "like this"

    3. From there, view all the complete list of fans of your page and locate the person you want to add as admin of the fan page.
    You should see "Make Admin" align with his/her name on the drop down list.

    As the creator of the page, you have the right to remove and add new admin at any time you want. Repeat if you want to add more people.

    Go to edit your page, there select manage admins, and then add the admin by typing his email ;)
