Ok well the story is. I had an abandoned forum from a couple year's back. Without knowing the site got very popular. I don't use that hosting any more though I realised I was running out of bandwidth every month. So I investigated. This was about 4 or 5 month's ago. Let's just put it like this, a couple of 1000 or so (maybe more I can't remember the exact figures) were coming through search engines each month. Though some very sickening search terms. So I completely removed the site. Deleted everything. Left it for a couple of weeks. Then uploaded a wordpress blog. Not just that I used freetrafficsystem.com and seolinkvine.com to get automatic articles. So I have left it to do it's thing. So I thought I would check up on it. Here's my bot's crawl stats: Well all the traffic is coming through tech related keywords now (it's a tech blog). Though not huge amounts (need unique articles really). So any way i've realised i've had 400 odd unapproved comments. So i've made comments automatic and now i want to make the comment's do follow. So I need your help. I've tried a couple of plugin's though none of them make it fully automatic (when they do work). Also any tips on where i should go from here with the blog would be great. Cheers
Ok well i found a plugin which worked. So I now have do follow on the blog. Though please still comment on what you think is the best strategy from here onwards. cheers
Actually, I'm not really sure what you are planning to achieve. It's fine to remove the nofollow attribute from your blog but you know that you'll have a lot of people just coming there to post some spam? Especially when they see everything is set on auto-approve? How do you think you will be making money? Right, you'll get more traffic...but that's just because your blog was scraped to be a site that doesn't have the nofollow tag.
