How to make a website more popular on internet?

Forget about google. Think social media. Youtube, instagram, facebook, twitter..etc.

 

Organic traffic for the most part makes up for most of a sites traffic.
however, it does take an enormous amount of effort, time, and money to get there.

Do you have 1m+ social media followers?
If you do not have mass followers, then how will social media help you?

As far as youtube, do you have the ability to upload mass
amounts of daily videos, and get them all ranked?

normally easier said then done...

If it were so easy, then everyone
would have rock star websites.

ps. every task that you add only makes it that more difficult in
running and maintaining your site....

1: regular content
2: regular link building
3: social media
4: youtube
5: whatever else you can think of...

The more tasks you add;
the more of a burden it becomes....

 

If you play the SEO game, you are always at the mercy of google's algorithms. If your content is creative and unique, you can build a social media following in no time. You don't need a million followers on youtube or instagram to make money. If your product is good, you should be able to make money with a couple thousand.I truly believe the future of internet marketing is social media. SEO is almost dead.

 

SEO is dead for those that do not know how to use SEO Properly.
Sometimes, it may appear that seo is dead because it does take longer,
and that is because google holds sites back longer then in the past....

"SEO Is Dead" I have heard this song, and dance for the last 5 years....
good backlinks, and content is the primary reason why sites rank...
everything else at this point is just secondary ranking factors....

It is rare that a site can take off via social media with no backlinks...
as I have seen this happen from time to time, and as you said, the
site would have to be very creative, and unique, however, sad to
say that 98% of sites will never fall iinto this category....

If you were to remove all backlinks from the seo factor....
then I suspect 99.9% sites on the net would be worthless....
