    Four Things:

    1. The ad bar that floats at the top blocks part of your logo
    2. Mabe It's Me, but there are alot of ads.
    3. The search box is unnecessary.
    4. I think the menu and content should be centered, but that's just me.

    Decrease the site's width, It is not fully covered in FF3. The loading time is good and the useful site.
