How to make a website in wordpress?

    Dear DP members, actually i have worked on wordpress dashboard...like content posting, added plugins nad all. I would like to know from initial stage.How to install, database and all.

    Some hosts has Fantastico installed. You can install Wordpress with one click. You can also do it manually since it comes with very easy instructions.

    if u will use free hosting by wordpress u can't use adsense, so have ur own domain some hosts has auto installed wp script named, fantastico deluxe.

    and if u don't have then no problem its easy, download wp software at: wordpress.org
    and read :readme" file and follow the steps

    use hostmonster hosting, they have fantastico.
    use hosting having fantastico installed.
    you can install wordpress and scripts supported by fantastico automatically.

    Any host that has php and mysql can have wordpress installed. It is much easier if you are not experienced in installing such scripts yourself by using fantastico, (few click easy installation) which most web hosts have in their cPanel.

    1/ Find an hoster with Fantastico (Hostgator for instance)
    2/ Trials with posts & pages with a few themes
    3/ Use DP and http://wordpress.org to find informations about blogging, plugins and themes

    WP is a great tool indeed ;)
