You could submit your site to social bookmarking sites, post comment on game blogs and forums.

You could also develop a game widget and submit it to widgetbox.com or other widget providers. This may require a bit of programming skill but it probably would be worth it.

Article marketing (Bum Marketing) or you could invest in some PPC.

    1. Make friends with other arcade webmasters via arcade communities such as Talk Arcades or Arcade Webmasters.
    2. Trade links with other new arcade owners, target a specific keyword.

    3. Add new games regularly, weekly is fine.

    4. Make sure your games have unique descriptions.

    5. Make sure your arcade has a unique template, no one likes the same boring looking sites. :)

    6. Sign up for arcade topsites such as mibbi.

    Hope this helps :)

Adwords will not work because you'll be paying like 30cents a click.

    1. Fill up with link exchanging. even add a few footer links.

After that you need to submit and link build as much as possible. Add the link in facebook, Myspace, twitter. Use stumbleupon.

Also submit your url to, at least, 500 directories, do the social bookmarking thing, go to digg and announce it, press releases, article sites etc.

Go nuts like you never went nuts before

Also while you are at it signup at like 100 forums, add your link in the signature, add a url in the profile into, say hello in the welcome post and be off.
    Here's a list

On a side note: I hate that you've chosen ArcadeM as he is my competitor, but good choice.:D

You could try building a social network around your arcade site as people could have there profiles display there high scores.
