How to make a successful forum?

But the they're all basic categories for a community site. I haven't placed any extra categories on it. Can google easily crawl forum contents like what they do on blogs?

Dude, just you and a couple friends create about 10 accounts a piece and post about 10 times on each account or more. (just 20 accounts with 10 posts a piece would cost $20 if they were hired posters)

and make them all have different personalities

 

I think you need a logo to replace the default SMF one
