How to make a site pr5 or 6

Agree.. Also consider importance of Traffic. Alexa also important. And after all your post is the most important.

 

Try building linkwheels, and then build links to the linkwheel properties
also find blog with high pr pages ( 5 - 6 - 7 ) and comment on these pages.

 

I think its according to what your target. If you need Top position on SERP, you don't need PR, but if you wanna for example buy sell link and take paid review, I think PR is very-very useful

 

review any issues with the site and try and make it even more SEO friendly as well as promo via social media sites

 

i catapulted my blog from PR 0 to PR 2 with a single backlink, most people don't realize the power of the 'big hitters' like google, read here for how i made it pr2

 

1) Make sure that all your tags are in place.
2) Good keyword density in your content.
3) Add at least one page of content to your site every week, if not more.
4) Build links from forums and blogs that have DOFOLLOW links and a decent PR.
5) Submit at least 2 articles a week to high PR article directories. EZINEarticles is good and easy.
6) Get a profile on Hubpages, work your way to 75 points and post articles there as well.

Getting a PR 4-5 within a few months is tough. But you can get to a PR 2-3 if you do this consistently. Once you get there, it will be easier to get higher ranking sites to link to you.

 

consistent effort every day to increase backlinks while providing something useful to the community and great content and it will happen. My site is a pr3 after 2 months.
