How to make a site like this?

    Does anyone know what script or whatever this site is using: www.tcmagazine.com
    Is there a script that does this? I dont want to make it from srcatch :D

    Looks like it uses a system called vituanews but their website has been suspended.

    Looking at it there is an aggregated news feed being consumed and a forum running IP.Board
