How to make a site like this?

    Hey!

    I am trying to make a game site just for fun and maybe to gain a little money along the way :D

    Currently my layout sucks as I have no experience whatsoever in php, CSS, java, or w/e. I usually make my sites with frontpage or html. Can someone please help me with this site? It would be awesome if it could be something similar to this:

    As for money, I'm only a kid so I don't have that much right now, but if you want we could work out some kind of deal where I place X amount of ads on the site for X amount of months.

    There is a misspell with that site because doesn't exist (domain available)

    You could build the site using CMS like Game Script (www dot gamescript dot net), that were specifically built for managing for arcade gaming sites.
