How to make a simple page using your wordpress template?

    I tried to make bogdan.php

    and wrote in it:

    Code (markup):
    Now take a look how bad it's looking:

    the text "hey bogdane" it's shown at the bottom of the page.

    I don't want to enter into wordpress codding, i just want to know how i can add an extra page out there.
