how to make a rotating jpeg banner?

I need to create a banner that will rotate several jpeg stock photos around a 2 second interval. What good tutorials will teach me how to do this?

 

There's a number of free banners like this already available. Look into one with a flash format.

 

they are many tutorials on the internet and a few methods some people will use web based banner creators or also they are some java/xml scripts that will let you do it with ease if you are up to the task

 

i don't want flash. but i need a tutorial. anybody?

 

Google it. There are a hundred of them. Type in "rotating banner tutorial" and see what happens. You could even learn to google it yourself
