Interesting if you can perpetuate the income and not sell the site.

Getting a site based on a months earnings would be wasting your hard earned money. Most of such sites are created with the purpose of selling them off in a month or two and even the traffic to such sites would not be organic. Anyways a nice try...

Of course. But if the site $100 every month for six months, it's be worth buying for $1000, right?

Kumiko I can't help but laugh at your post.

I see your points and your methods are valid enough. But let's look at what happened to Kumiko's Cash Quest! How long did it take you to legitimize yourself among that niche of bloggers?

But then again, you did get me into FOOA, so you are amazing. Value of that.... priceless?

Then lets look at the current google dance. I wouldn't purchase anything these days. google dance is making everything have a value of ????

Decent article for complete n00bs. The major thing you're missing is Traffic, Pagerank value (if people value it at all anymore, lol) and why should people advertise on the site in the first place?

To elaborate, obviously if you have tons of traffic, you could sell ad spots off for cheap via DP, sitepoint, warriorforums, etc... but your article misses the golden question of where to get the stupid traffic.

This kind of pump and dump is only good to hurt n00bs.
