    If you mean How do i make a proxy site? you should,

    Download a script, try PHPROXY or ZELUNE or GLYPE

    Download a template. or even, this site!

    Purchase a domain.

    Purchase some Proxy Hosting

    Upload your script via FTP to your webspace. I suggest FileZilla

    All of which was found via google in < 1 min. Remember, google is your friend.

    You can use any type of hosting as long as they permit Proxy sites, most don't.

    Yeah! most of hosting dont allow to use proxy sites because these are termed as ILLEGAL

    try buyin a proxy host and go from there.. Coding a proxy would be quite difficult you would have to be a professinal coder to get it to work properly
