How to make a paypal account for send only user region?

    I'm living in PayPal send only user region, but I have some businesses and they have paid for me thru PayPal, and you know, all transfer to my PP account will not able to hit my account. Please help me the way to do! Contact to whom? How to do?...

    But he is saying that he cant receive payment. You can try creating some other country which is in accepting and sending money list of paypal. Just select it and add vcc. It will be risky as your account may become limited but this is the last option you have. The best option for now is to find some frnd or relative in the country where paypal is fully accepted
