PR 4 within a month - thats seems impossible to me. Is there any legal method for doing this? And if there is -then I would of course wanna know cause I wanna increase my site's PR very quickly.

you must go for backlinks from Pr 7 and Pr 6 blogs by guest blogging. but it is hard to get the rank 4 in one month
As i know, Google update page rank in three or four month . so its not possible to get page rank in one month.the way to increase page rank , you need to post on high page rank , dirrectories , blog,social,forum etc .
Its impossible to get 4 rank in one month. High ranking can not be easily achieved. you must have to struggle hard and makes some strong and quality back links on high PR websites.

Not hard at all if you have a good knowledge in some topic. I know a guy who just talks to the visitors of his site on programming topics. His blog raised fromPR 0 to 5 in few months . He says he doesn't do any SEO, just replying comments and I know it's true. CHeers
Expert said that you can do flippe your web It mean you bomb your web by posting a new d unique content, get huge backlinks, huge traffic from social media and last you invest to buy per per click or adwords.
You're not serious are you? Please don't push your site to be on pr4 within 1 month. That would only cause trouble for your site.
There is no shortcut to improve your page rank and that to so drastic in such a short time. Target High PR sites for back links and hire SEO's for optimizing your site, If you really want short term result go for PPP.
If you are talking about true PR its not impossible, but extremely hard, and you would certainly not be a millionaire for doing such. Google has significantly decreased the value of gov/edu comment backlinks to the point of where they are nearly worth as much as a .com comment. Contextual is completely different however.
