This a new one I think... How to make one keyword popular among football fans? They keyword I am interested in is "1000goals"...
or use other sources of media to advertise the url. TV - Banner at stadium etc. Otherwise, no one is going to search for that.
For choosing a keyword you have to think of the target market or the user. For example if I am a football fan and I am going to search for latest update about football do you think I will search for 1000goals? Of course not. analyze the keyword or you can use a keyword tool for finding the right keyword(s).. Good luck. agentsuperstore
1000 goals is the greatest achivement of any football player yeah, DrSEO is right... if someone put a banner on stadium saying 1000 goals I would get loads of traffic ... yes, that's it ... this is what I am interested in ... of course I don't have the money to buy TV or stadium ads... let's say that soon some player scores his 1000'th goal... that would bring up a new keyword in people's mind another idea I tought of is that I can make a flag with "1000 Goals" sign on it and run into Wembley with it during Match, then go to jail for few years and then collect my money hehe you know that search engine portals? well if they could put a keyword suggestion in their sport sections "1000 goals" that would also bring me loads of money, hehe
There are not enough search data for "1000 goals", I think rather optimizing keywords example like "goal setting" would be worth to use coz it has aqpprox Avg Search Volume is fairly good ie 90,500.
There must be countless keyword phrases related to football goals. It would take far too much money to get people to search for '1000 goals'. Instead you should concentrate on related keywords: football goals, best football goals, soccer goals, etc. Once you build up your site's reputation by showing up for those keywords, then some people will start searching for '1000 goals'. It doesn't make sense to start with a low volume keyword and try to get people to search for it. A logical seo would instead focus on words that people are already searching for. It is easier to convince the search engines that your site is a good football goals resource than it is to convince thousands of people that '1000 goals' is a good keyword to search for.
Your site would need to be established for people to search for ''1000goals'' in Google. You need to build it as a brand, for which you have do a fair bit of marketing and advertising.
The best way to do this would be to maybe build some type of site targeting football fans and then on that site you could use banners and things like that to promote your keyword so that the keyword will become a common staple among the football fans that are attracted to that site. This is just one way that you could do it, but then what would the point be of filtering out the football fans that are already interested in football and then have to also be interested in knowing what your keyword means? This is a very interesting question but in my opinion it is not useful. I think that the whole point of a search engine is so that you can target visitors who are coming up with their own random search and the point is for you to try to figure out what they are going to search because they are the searchers, so they should decide that and not anyone else. This is just one way to do it and also just my opinion on the matter. Good Luck to you in whatever you do!
I agree with you'll when you say that Banner works, however, I guess you need to look at the competition before you aim for that keyword. Moreover, make sure people are searching for it. Clearly, you cant make people search for something they dont need.
I found a solution ... I'm not suppose to do anything... I need gerrard to score his 100'th goal ... he scored 99 so far so his next goal will lift me up to the sky This will make half of the world to search for "Gerrard 100 goals" and I have a "1000goals" in my domain name + I will make an article Gerrard 100 goals ... yahoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
