how to make a good seo link?

    I have a simple question,how is it better for SEO
    the www.mywebsite.com/file.html
    or just filme.html
    i think the last option is called relative link,right?which one would you recommend?thank you...

    Doesn't make a difference. The se's see them as the same.

    While this seems true, both Matt Cutts and Vanessa Fox (both from Google) Recommended using absolute, Didn't say that you have to, they just recommend it.
