Is this site homepage navigation crawlable and seo friendly? http://www.globalspec.com

I am thinking of building a large directory like this and I need a way to setup the menu. I like this look but need to know if the search engines will be able to crawl the links within the main sections. I am referring to the links you see once you open the plus signs and expand that section. Thanks.

Yes... It is crawlable. They are plain text links (<a href="blahURL">Building and Construction</a>).

So the fact that you have to expand the menu has no effect. The reason I ask is when I look at the source code I assume google can see it no problem, but when I look that the cached version of the page the link code does not appear.
