    I would suggest you don't worry about "PageRank".

    PageRank is named after Larry Page the Google CEO and is now mostly a thing of the past when it comes to getting actual SERPS (search engine results pages).

    PR nowadays is mostly a qudos thing for site flipping and for selling links.

    Now think about that "selling links" thing and you will perhaps get a feel for why PR is a dinosaur and chasing it is likely to have more of an adverse effect for long term natural rankings than it will help in such regards. Things in SEO, they say, are constantly changing and this is one regard this is definately true.

    Just don't worry about PR...
