    I bet! That's a matter of word constructions. You must have enough knowledge with the topic you are going to blog in. And of course, you must be good with your english and understand the subject well:)

    If you are a really great bloger you can sell your blog to anyone who interested in your blog..search some seller in google i think there a website who interested in blog but it depends on the topic you made..

    Get a type-in / typo domain with some traffic (do not get typos from trademarks). The domain itself it will have some good value for its traffic but if you add some articles, you will get even more money from it. Good Luck.

    It's hard and almost impossible, I agree with this one who think this same. Maybe if you already have a lot of blogs and can generate traffic from there to new one then it can work.
