So what's they best way to make a nice looking banner is PS? I don't want a cheap looking one, I want something sleek, and eye catching.

http://www.bannerfans.com/banner_maker.php is great if you need something quite and nice. In PS however I would suggest looking at taking a few tutorials or paid courses. There are many resources on the Internet , use Google to find them Good luck!

I just use Photoshop>New file>select banner 468x60 template then go from there. You have more flexibility in PS... Malcolm
